Custom XPS shower tray construction
Iba Strutture creates custom-made XPS shower trays in any shape, size, and height. You have the option, by choosing from different models, to decide the positioning of the drainage. Iba Strutture will also provide you with various accessories according to your needs.
Small
Shower trays flush with the floor with custom double-face drainage, suitable for tiling or brushed aluminium. The thickness of the shower tray starts from 7 cm plus the siphon and increases by 1 cm per linear metre.
Fully waterproofed, they can be covered with any type of material: mosaic, resin, stones, or microcement (by your installer).
You can choose the position of the drainage outlet; with a 40 mm pipe, at the discretion of the plumber. The shower tray can be easily trimmed on-site with any cutting tool.
The standard dimensions of the double-face drains for this type of shower tray are: 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120 cm.

The thickness of the shower tray starts from 7 cm plus the siphon and increases by 1 cm per linear metre.
Wall
The thickness of the shower trays starts from 7 cm, then increases by 1 cm per linear metre. 40 mm pipe outlet, at the discretion of the plumber. The inspectable grid is available in both satin and tileable finishes.
Flat
Shower trays flush with the floor with central double-face drainage, suitable for tiling or stainless steel, measuring 10x10 cm.
The thickness of the shower tray starts from 7 cm plus the siphon and increases by 1 cm per linear metre.
Completely waterproofed, they can be covered with any type of material: mosaic, resin, stones, or microcement (by your installer).

Drainage: the main feature of this shower tray is to have a drain with dimensions of only 10 x 10 cm. This can be located more or less centrally relative to the shower tray. The drainage is also double-faced, so the owner can decide whether to have a stainless steel drain or the same material as the rest of the shower tray.
